And I am going to share it with you.
I know you ask yourself this vary question: "how do you get rid of cellulite"?
The information out there is freakin' bogus. It seems that most people don't have the slightest clue what they are talking about.
If they did, they wouldn't recommend half the crap that they do. Forgive me this subject just really gets me all wound up. This is the reason for starting this blog, I want to answer that question for you.
...And no it doesn't take cellulite pills, cellulite surgery, or any other insane method to get rid of cellulite.
That's all a bunch of bologna.
It's all about the money for them. I mean come on liposuction, you will end up worse off than when you started not including the price tag that comes along with it.
...And how does that help you keep the cellulite from coming back?
It doesn't. They just line you up again to take your money. The cellulite industry is said to have been a 100 million dollar industry last year alone. Come on ladies... for a fix that should have been no more than the normal money that you spend just living now.
Maybe it's the quick fix syndrome mixed with a laziness.
Do you know that it is possible to lose 2-4 pounds of fat a week?
Oh yeah, I didn't tell that cellulite is fat. Cellulite is excess fat. The more you have the more cellulite that you have. If you eliminate the fat then you eliminate the cellulite.
Now, there is a level of normal fat, this is fat that you need to survive, to live.
This won't become cellulite. This kind of fat protects you and your body parts like organs and bones.
Did you know that also over 90% of woman at some point in their life will have some level of cellulite?
There is a way to solve this cellulite problem. But it's gonna' take some work from you and you are going to have to make some changes to do so.
How Do You Get Rid Of Cellulite?
1. Make the decision that you REALLY want to do this. If you don't have the desire, real desire to accomplish this goal then you are just wasting your time and mine. If you do, then now's the time to capitalize on that.
2. Develop a solid cellulite diet. Yes, there is a diet that helps to get rid of cellulite. A cellulite diet should be low in fats, higher in lean protein, have just "enough" carbs, and have lots of fruits and veggies.
3. You have to create a calorie deficit, daily, consistently... but have enough protein to support lean muscle growth or maintenance.
4. You have to exercise to get rid of cellulite. You will want to create a exercise plan that builds or maintains lean muscle in areas that you have the most cellulite (probably the butt, thighs, and hips), and a plan to burn as much calories as possible in the shortest amount of time. Nowadays you can workout at home the same way a person would at a gym. You can get mini exercise bikes, rowing machines, adjustable dumbbells, and everything. So, we don't have excuses anymore. If you want this you can do it.
Okay so I have rambled enough in this post. I will be back, as I am still hot on this subject and want to offer a way out of this problem that won't suck you dry and leave you worse off than when you started.
