Getting Rid Of Cellulite - How To Set Cellulite Goals

If you want to get rid of cellulite fast it starts with setting goals that will help you achieve just that.

If you don't know where you are and exactly where you want to go you will not find success at getting rid of cellulite.

This step may seem a bit tedious or of no importance, but I assure you that if you ever want to reach your goal then you will not want to skip this step.

Cellulite goal setting starts with knowing where you are, exactly where you want to be ultimately, and includes the little steps that you have to take to get to your ultimate goal.

It's a motivating, action tracking, statement or set of statements that says "this is want I want". It's a statement that is written down and read every day.

Where are you?

The first step in getting rid of cellulite is know where you are. What is your body fat percentage and what is that in pounds.

Where Do You Want To Be?

This is the ultimate body fat goal you have. This is how much fat (cellulite) in pounds that you want to lose and by when.

Daily and Weekly Goals

You want to set daily and weekly goals. Daily goals help to keep you on track. Weekly goals are great for tracking and measuring results. It's just enough time away that you can see drastic changes and just close enough that it helps you to stay on track and stay focused.

Realistic Cellulite Eliminating Goals

You can realistically get rid of 2-4 pounds of cellulite every week or 7 days. If you have a body fat percentage over 27% and weight at least 40 pounds "over weight" then you can reach 4-7 pounds of cellulite loss a week...

...but 2-4 pounds every single week, week in and week out is plenty.

Consistency

Imagine if you lose 2.5 pounds of fat each and every week for the next 4 weeks. That would mean that just inside of a month you would lose 10 pounds of pure fat. Not weight, but fat. You will look sexier, feel healthier, and be a heck of a lot more confident.

And yes, people will notice. I guarantee it.

An example weekly cellulite goal: "I weight 152 pounds and have a 22% body fat measurement. That means that 33 pounds of me is fat. I want to lose 3 pounds of fat over the next week. This would bring my total fat poundage down to 30 pounds and my total weight to 149."

This is a good example of how to set a weekly goal for getting rid of cellulite. If this was your goal you would read it daily to remind your self of what you are trying to achieve.

You can get rid of all of your cellulite no matter where it is or how much you have... But it all starts by setting a cellulite goal and sticking with it.
